Why were you looking for a new digital solution?
What problem were you facing?
When we founded our company in 2021, we took a close look at the entire life cycle of our products and services. Our high-quality turbo gearboxes and rotor turning devices are often in use for decades. It was important to us that customers have access to all relevant information about our products at any time, even after 10, 20 or more years – and that we can keep this data up to date as needed.
The classic paper-based operating manual – especially when it is not available on site at the gearbox – no longer met our current standards for service and efficiency. We wanted a future-proof, digital solution that is available anytime, anywhere.
Why did you choose ECHO PRM?
When we were looking for a suitable solution in 2021, it quickly became clear that we needed a professional, future-proof system.
Fortunately, our search led us to a solution very close to home – ECHO PRM is based only about five kilometres away from us. This has enabled us to receive close and personal support from Mr Trunzer and the entire ECHO PRM team.
Although ECHO PRM had only just been founded at that point, we were immediately impressed by the solution. The intuitive usability of the backend for content management is particularly impressive. We were able to quickly familiarise ourselves with it and implement all our requirements without any complications.
We were also impressed by the modular structure of the platform – as well as the option to integrate our own programme code for special functions.
What has improved with the launch of ECHO PRM?
Since the beginning, we have equipped our products with ECHO PRM QR codes. As a result, we now have a complete product database including history.
Our customers can easily access all information and services related to their product via the portal at any time – and can contact us directly if necessary.
ECHO PRM thus complements our high-quality products with a smart software solution.
How satisfied were you with the support when there were open issues or problems?
During the implementation phase, ECHO PRM provided us with intensive support to ensure that our structures were optimally mapped in the system. If a function was missing or we encountered an error, we received feedback within a few hours and, usually, a solution straight away. To this day, we are in regular contact – now mainly to learn about new functions implemented by ECHO PRM.
Is there anything else to mention?
ECHO PRM and TGSK were founded in the same year. It is therefore even more wonderful to see that not only have we been able to successfully establish ourselves on the market with our high-quality turbo gearbox products and services, but ECHO PRM has also won over numerous customers with its outstanding software solution.
For us, this is a real success story – and we look forward to continuing it together.
